Rudeejay
Biography
Rudeejay, born Rodolfo Seràgnoli, is an electronic music producer from Bologna, Italy, born on 30 March 1986.
He was introduced at a young age to electronic music classics, notably Kraftwerk and Klaus Schulze, and since 1998 has been passionate about dance compilations and radio mixes broadcast on Italian airwaves.
From a generation where DJs were primarily DJs before the scene shifted heavily toward production, he uses that background to stay attuned to the energy and reactions of the crowd; he served as resident DJ at Papeete Beach in Milano Marittima for ten consecutive years.
He has shared the stage with legendary artists such as Axwell Λ Ingrosso, Laidback Luke, Benny Benassi and Gigi D'agostino.
Moving into production, he has created successful remixes for Bob Sinclar, Martin Solveig and Klingande, and collaborated with DJs from Mars, Vinai and Angemi.
In 2018 his hit Children was supported by Tiësto and later by many scene figures such as Hardwell, Afrojack, Kshmr, Nervo and Timmy Trumpet.
