Biography
Flip Capella, whose real name is Hermann Kapeller, is an Austrian DJ and producer from Vienna. He is considered one of the most famous and in-demand DJs in Austria.
His radio show, the Energy Club Files Radio Show, is Austria’s first EDM & House radio show and the country’s most-listened-to music podcast on iTunes.
He has performed on many prestigious festival stages such as Electric Love, the Danube Island Festival, Sziget, Balaton Sound, and Austria Goes Zrce, and is a regular at Praterdome, Austria’s largest nightclub.
He has supported numerous international DJ stars such as Hardwell, Martin Garrix, the Chainsmokers, Timmy Trumpet, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Marshmello, Avicii, Steve Aoki, Afrojack, and Yellow Claw.
His sets are described as an energetic, explosive, genre-crossing blend that fuses Future House, EDM, Bass, Psy, Mash Up, Trap, Uptempo, and Hardstyle, combining emotion with pure power.
From 2020 onward, he entered a new chapter with his own productions, releasing dance/pop singles aimed at platforms like Spotify, radio, and the charts. At the same time, he continues to produce club and festival tracks under his alternative project name, F-Cape.
