Caroline von Brünken, also known by the stage name CvB, is a singer, songwriter and German voice artist, born on 10 December 1984 in Munich. Trained in jazz singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Munich and having received vocal coaching from David Lee Brewer, she has built an eclectic career spanning live performance, studio work and dubbing.

She is particularly active in mainstream electronic music, notably house and dance, serving as lead or backing vocalist on numerous projects. She can be heard on tracks by artists and collectives such as Michael Mind Project, House Rockerz, Phonejaxx, Giorno, Petty Joy, Gestört aber Geil, Anstandslos & Durchgeknallt, Freischwimmer, Blondee and Komacasper. Her most notable collaboration in this field is with rapper Carlprit and the Michael Mind Project, contributing to hits like Fiesta and Here We Go.

She is cofounder of the Munich studio « tuneverse », where she works as a studio singer, songwriter and vocal producer. In that capacity she has collaborated with various German pop and Schlager artists such as Beatrice Egli, Melissa Naschenweng, Münchener Freiheit, Wincent Weiss and Voxxclub, often as a backing vocalist. She has also served as a vocal coach for groups like Some & Any and LaVive, as well as for the film production Rock it!.

Her live activity includes regularly touring with DJs such as Alex Megane and performing solo. Since 2022 she has also focused on a modern country rock duo project called Wild As Her, with which she released the album Off The Leash and the EP Matches & Gasoline.

Outside music, Caroline von Brünken works as a voice-over artist and dubbing actress. She is a voice artist for commercials and, in November 2024, lent her voice to the character “Matangi” for the songs in the German version of the Disney film Vaina 2. She also appeared on screen in the musical film Orphea in Love by Axel Ranisch in 2022.
