Giorno
Biography
Giorno, whose real name is Enrico Jurca, is a dance and hands-up producer and DJ from Cologne, Germany.
Born in Berlin on June 21, he became interested in making music at the age of 8. Influenced by a musical family environment, he first experimented with keyboards and synthesizers and learned the basics of reading music and composing.
As he grew older, he discovered the software “Fruity Loops,” which enabled him to turn his own ideas into finished tracks. He began releasing his first songs on online communities such as “myownmusic,” where he quickly reached top positions in newcomer charts, gradually shaping his own style.
In 2008, Giorno released his first official single, Feel What You Feel, which entered the Top 100 of the German DJ Charts straight away. Soon after, his productions appeared on well-known compilations such as “Future Trance” and “Tunnel Trance Force.”
His work caught the attention of established DJs like Manian and Shaun Baker, eventually leading to a signing with Planet Punk Music, the label run by Rocco and Bass-T.
