Arando Marquez
Biography
Arando Marquez is a Romanian DJ from Pitesti, known for being nonconformist, atypical and humorous; his original mixes combine unique musical influences.
Drawn to music from his teens, he was the life of parties in his hometown and is self-taught, progressing through work and perseverance.
His production career began in 2010 with the release of his first single, Shambala, in collaboration with Kristina; the track, carrying a nonconformist and humorous message, reached audiences of all ages and was licensed across much of the world.
He then followed with collaborations: Need Ya (feat. Connect-R, 2012), Run Away (feat. Randi, 2013), and E vara mea (feat. Pepe, 2014).
His discography continued with No me digas (feat. Hevito, 2015), Pina colada (feat. Oana Radu, 2016), and Damelo (feat. Elena, 2017).
More recent releases include Dai Duma (feat. MRB and What's Up, 2019), În Tandem (feat. Edward Sanda, 2020), and Departe de Noi (feat. Julia, 2021).
In 2023 he released Parfum de femeie (feat. Tavi Colen) and Noi Doi (feat. Cristina Bălan); he then published Amintiri (feat. Malleko) in 2024 and Sa aprindem stelele and In bratele tale (feat. Serena) in 2025.
