Biography
Connect-R, born Ştefan Relu Mihalache, is a Romanian singer and producer born on 9 June 1982.
He began in Romanian hip-hop in 1997 by founding the group Giganzii with bull-dog; his first song, Observ, was released in 1998, and he later found success with Operatie pe suflet deschis, which reached number 2 on Radio Contact’s Top 50.
After collaborating with the group RACLA on two albums, he focused on a solo career and represented Moldova at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest in Athens alongside Arsenium and Natalia Gordienco.
