Stefy NRG

Stefy NRG, born Stefania Finessi, is one of Italy’s most popular female DJs. Active behind the decks since 1993, she is nicknamed ‘Streghetta Del Mixer e di cuori’, referring to her birth on a Halloween night.

A guest DJ across many venues throughout Italy since her beginnings, she also works as a music journalist for several magazines. She has been a guest DJ on numerous radio stations, notably Radio 105 Network (winner of the show ‘Tutti In Onda’), Musicgel Radio Syndication, Radio Play Studio Dance Network for ‘PIT STOP’, and m2o for ‘Chemical Lab’.

Since April 2005 she has hosted and mixed her own radio show ‘Energy In The Mix’ every Friday on IDN (Italian Dance Network), a European webradio dedicated to dance.

A producer since 1997, she collaborated with Saifam Records from 1998 to 2002, then with Definitiva Records, which released in 2003 her cover of ‘The Promise You Made’ performed by Taleesa & Aron Michel. In 2004 she released the single ‘Tell Me – April Shower’ in collaboration with Datura on the Time label.

An artist on Bliss.co since 2005, her first single on the label is I Need My Music, written and produced by Stefy NRG, with remixes by Sander, DJ Satomi, Danijay and Manovale Sonoro, voiced by Silvia P and Dj Nick. The second single, Promise, included remixes by Sander, Gith, Be Angel and Manovale Sonoro, as well as a ‘SaN-R-G’ version by Sander & Stefy NRG; this track was played by DJs such as DJ Lhasa, DJ Cerla, Jens. O, Verano and Tom Mountain and produced her first official video clip.

In March 2007 her third single, ‘It’s A Fable’, was released, featuring a special remix by the renowned Italian team Datura. In November 2007 her first album on Bliss.co was released, coinciding with the launch of the ‘Dance Nation Events’ in top Italian clubs, where Stefy NRG held residency alongside Floorfilla (Dj Cerla & Momo) and top German eurodance DJs as special guests.
