Michael Calfan
Biography
Michael Calfan is an electro and house DJ and producer from Paris, France. His real name is Michael Calfan.
Discovered in 2008 by French DJ and producer Bob Sinclar himself, he was introduced as the “new priority” of Bob Sinclar’s label, Yellow Productions. Bob Sinclar stated: “It had been a long time since I felt such good vibrations with a young artist.” Michael Calfan then released several tracks on that label.
The track Resurrection, initially unveiled by Axwell on Radio 1, became a signature record in his sets and those of his Swedish House Mafia colleagues. It reached No. 1 on the Beatport chart and received support from DJs such as Tiësto, David Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, Pete Tong and Avicii.
