Biography

Christina Novelli, born Christina Monique Novelli, was born on 27 November 1986 in Southampton, England.

In recent years she has made a name for herself with a powerful, infectious voice and an ability to captivate audiences; she has toured extensively across the UK, performing acoustically and with a full band, building a large, loyal and enthusiastic fanbase.

Based in London, she has played many venues in and around the capital, including Barfly Camden, KoKo Camden and The Proud Galleries, and has performed in the United States at venues such as the Whiskey a Go Go in Hollywood and the House of Blues in California. She was invited to perform at the Midlands Music Festival, supporting artists such as The Sugababes, Lemar, Blue and Atomic Kitten, and at the Whitehaven Music Festival in support of Belinda Carlile.

Christina Novelli writes and co-writes all her songs. Her 2013 collaboration with producer Gareth Emery on the track Concrete Angel, which showcases her vocal mastery, is regarded by some as her breakthrough work. Her CD “Lost Without You” was released in 2010.

Outside music, she appeared on the show All Star Family Fortunes, was involved in producing a US reality TV show on Bravo called Chef Academy, and has been featured in newspapers and in a photoshoot for Hello! magazine.
