Alari

Alari, real name Pascal Wacker, is a Hands Up/Dancecore producer and resident DJ at TechnoBase.FM, born on 30 May 1992 in Heilbronn.

From a young age he was connected to electronic music, growing up listening to artists such as Mark 'Oh, Scooter, Lasgo, Sylver and The Hitmen, and he early on decided to specialize in electronic music.

At 16 he discovered webradios like TechnoBase.FM and was definitively captivated; he soon began DJing and producing, not wanting to remain just a listener.

Previously he made many remixes and original tracks under another name, but his skills and sound design were not yet developed. After a creative break he restarted at the end of 2012 under the new name Alari with a renewed sonic approach.

After a few bootlegs, remix commissions arrived quickly, though he could not honor all of them due to lack of time. His first official release was a two-track remix in collaboration with Jalkin.

Today Alari is no longer an unknown name: by constantly improving his sound design he drew attention from more and more producers, leading to further releases such as the bonus mix for the official Hands Up United Love Mobile of the Street Parade in Zurich in cooperation with DJ Tripple-O. He is also part of the project Hands Up Freaks.

His greatest wish is recognition within the Hands Up scene. Making money is not his goal; he produces out of conviction and hopes this genre will return to clubs soon.
