Biography
Ummet Ozcan, born Ümmet Özcan on 16 August 1982 in Putten, in the province of Gelderland in the Netherlands, is a DJ and producer of Turkish origin.
He is best known for producing mainstream trance tracks: his releases regularly top Beatport genre charts and are supported by leading DJs such as Armin Van Buuren, Tiësto, Sander van Doorn and Markus Schulz. Notable tracks include TimeWave Zero and Arcadia (released on Doorn Records), as well as Shamballa (on Reset).
Alongside his music career, Ummet Ozcan works as a sound designer and developer of virtual synthesizers for established music-software publishers such as Rob Papen (for Albino and Predator) and Access Music (for the Virus).
