Biography

Tasadi, real name Taha Asadi, is a Persian electronic music producer based in Texas. His passion for electronic music, characterized by powerful beats and intense melodies, was awakened during high school.

He developed a unique sound blending deep basslines, driving drum rhythms, and catchy, groovy melodies. His music has received support from renowned artists in the electronic scene such as Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, Gareth Emery, Solar Stone, and Carl Cox.

After studying electrical engineering, Tasadi chose to devote himself fully to music production. He attracted the attention of established labels like Deep Blue, Curvve, Armada/Cloud 9, Baroque, and Insatiable.

His remix of On Tour was selected and played by Solar Stone on his radio show. Another collaborative remix, made with Storyteller on Soul Symbol, is featured on the Baroque label compilation Gareth Emery’s The Podcast Annual 2007.

His earlier productions, such as Saturn (in collaboration with Storyteller), were included in the Cloud 9 compilations Real Trance and Trance: The Ultimate Collection Vol. 3. The track Zeus (with Mike Mikhjian) was chosen by Ferry Corsten for his Corsten’s Countdown selection and played by Carl Cox at the Creamfields festival.

Tasadi is currently working on an artist album and holds the A&R position for the emerging label Sedna Recordings.
