Biography
Special D. is the stage name of German dance DJ and music producer Dennis Horstmann, from Hamburg, where he was born on 16 September 1980.
He gained notable popularity in the Netherlands, winning the “Best Dance International” award at the TMF NL Awards in 2004. His audience also extends to the North American euro-trance scene.
His best-known track, Come With Me, achieved high chart positions, reaching No. 6 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 4 on the Irish Singles Chart in April 2004.
