Biography

NIVIRO, real name Tim Peeters, is a Belgian DJ and electronic music producer from Antwerp in Flanders. He was born on January 3, 1997 in Turnhout.

From a young age, Tim showed a keen interest in music. At three years old, he bought his first CD, a track created on a computer with virtual instruments. For his sixth birthday, he received his first DJ setup, quickly developing his musical sense. At ten, he started piano lessons, wanting to compose like his idols.

At sixteen, Tim launched his first project under the alias Axizz, producing hardstyle, an energetic genre at 150 BPM. However, at eighteen, he decided to start over and created NIVIRO to explore more diverse genres and express his creativity.

Under the name NIVIRO, Tim experienced a rapid rise. His music was supported by renowned artists such as Tiësto, Alan Walker, and Blasterjaxx. A key moment came when Tiësto played the NIVIRO remix of [song]Silence[/song] on the mainstage of Tomorrowland, giving him international visibility. During the summer of 2017, NIVIRO performed at Tomorrowland himself, fulfilling a dream.

NIVIRO’s style is mainly in electro house and big room, influenced by his past experience. His former alias, Axizz, allowed him to master hardstyle, which still occasionally influences his current productions.

Throughout his career, NIVIRO embodies perseverance and love for music, having built his career on hard work and constant devotion to his art.
