Biography
Mondello’G, real name Gaetano Mondello, is a Belgian DJ and producer. His musical journey began in 2009 with the discovery of ‘dirtyhouse’. Inspired by Afrojack and Alvaro, he started mixing and explored nightlife. After playing in bars and clubs, he met DJ Linka, forming the duo Linka & Mondello.
The duo performed in several European countries (Germany, France, Spain). 2018 was a highlight with two Asian tours. During this period, they released several EDM productions played by international DJs and were spotted by the Dutch duo Showtek.
In late 2018, they created their first major track, Fire, in collaboration with MAKJ, released in early 2019 on Skink Records. The track reached the top 5 of the Beatport charts and was played by DJs such as Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and Quintino.
After the duo split for personal reasons, Mondello’G continued his career solo. He continues to invest in new tracks and is gradually building his own community. He also organizes his own parties, ‘Soirée Carnage’ and ‘Project X’, which attract thousands of people.
His musical style is associated with house, Belgian electronic music, dirty house, hypertechno, and techno.
