Biography
Miani, whose real name is Giovanni Miani, is an Italian singer and composer from Udine.
He made his debut at the Castrocaro festival in 1983. The following year, he released his first single, Stella Tra Noi, on the St. Vincent label. He then took part in the Sanremo Festival twice: in 1985 with Me Ne Andrò and in 1986 with Ribelle Su Questa Terra.
In 1989, his career took a new turn when he signed a contract with the Interbeat label, founded by Luigi Piergiovanni. This collaboration marked a shift toward a more modern sound in his compositions.
Alongside his career as an artist, Giovanni Miani also works as an arranger.
