Biography
MATTN is the stage name of Belgian artist Anouk Matton, born on December 18, 1992, in Antwerp.
A DJ, singer, and record producer, she works within electronic music (EDM / big room) and became known for highly energetic sets. She has performed at major festivals such as Tomorrowland, TomorrowWorld, Creamfields UK, Ushuaia Ibiza, and Sunburn, as well as clubs including VIP Room (Saint-Tropez) and White Dubai.
She is the first female artist to join the Smash The House label, associated with brothers Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Through this label and the Blue Flame agency, she has shared lineups with artists such as Afrojack, Axwell Λ Ingrosso, and Steve Angello.
In 2019 she won the MTV Europe Music Award for Best Belgian Act. She appeared in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs poll from 2018 to 2022, reaching her highest position at No. 42 in 2020; DJ Mag also described her as a “trailblazer” in EDM.
