Biography
M.IAM.I is a duo formed by the two international producers Vanni Giorgilli and Stephen Singer.
Born in Fiuggi, Italy, on November 11, 1973, Vanni Giorgilli has been immersed in music from an early age: he studied classical piano, began DJing at 14, performed in major clubs across central Italy and won first place in the DMC championships.
He later moved into production; his first hit, «Harekrisna», was released under the pseudonym Iskon in 1994. His producing career continued successfully and in 1997 he founded his own label, Subside Records, developing a close collaboration with Do It Yourself and producing work for artists such as Carolina Márquez, Molella and Regina, along with a series of prestigious remixes.
Today Subside comprises three modern recording studios and a publishing house, Vanni G Music. A milestone in his career was his participation in the 52nd edition of the Festival di Sanremo as songwriter, arranger and producer of the song «Batte Forte», performed by the group Lollipop.
