Biography
Jamie N Commons is a British singer and songwriter, born on 22 October 1988 in Bristol, England.
His musical universe draws influences from blues rock and folk. Among his early and important inspirations, he cites The Allman Brothers Band, the soundtrack to the film *O Brother, Where Art Thou?*, and Moby’s album *Play*.
His recording career began with the release of his first EP, *The Baron EP*, in 2011. It was followed in March 2013 by a second EP, *Rumble and Sway EP*, produced by Alex da Kid for the Interscope label. Alex da Kid also signed him to his own label, KIDinaKORNER.
Jamie N Commons has also collaborated with Eminem, appearing on Eminem’s eighth studio album, *The Marshall Mathers LP 2*. He features on the track Desperation, included only on the bonus disc of the album’s deluxe edition.
