Del Monte is an alias used by: Christie Prentice.
Born in February 1986, Christie Prentice is a singer/vocalist based in London, originally from Essex.
She began singing at age 7 and trained for singing grades.
For over ten years she played gigs on weekends and performed with artists such as Sir Albert Lloyd Webbers, the pop-rock band Alphabeat, Stephen Singer and Commercial Club Crew on the cover La Luna.
Under the name Crush On Christie she released the single Real Shy on Hit ‘N’ Hot Music; the track was mixed for Ministry Of Sound: BigTunes X-Rated and purchased by LNG Music.
She also recorded other singles and covers of artists like Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Katy Perry, featured in the Australian compilation series “Pump It”.
Across her career she appears on TV, radio and compilation CDs, and performs at weddings and booked events.
