Biography

Daisy Dee, real name Desiree Rollocks, is a Dutch singer, actress, and television presenter, born on September 4, 1970, in Curaçao.

She is particularly well-known in the German-speaking world for hosting the German television show “Club Rotation” on the channel VIVA for many years.

Her music career began impromptu when she substituted for a band in a nightclub, leading to a record deal. She achieved success on the dance charts with tracks like “This Beat is Technotronic” and “Crazy,” the latter of which spent six weeks at the top of the US dance chart.

A polyglot, she is fluent in Dutch, English, German, and Spanish.

In 1998, together with her husband Toni Cottura, she founded her own production company, Booya Music, which worked with artists such as Nana, the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, and her brother, known as Pappa Bear (also aliases G.J.O.R. Rollocks or June).

In 2005, she created the television production company D.D.Productions, producing fashion and music shows for Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.

Outside of music, she ran a streetwear clothing store in Roermond, the Netherlands, and maintains a passion for fashion design.

She is also known under the aliases Daisy C.I.O. and Daisy Rollocks, as well as various variations of her stage name.

Her musical style is associated with eurodance, trance, and pop.
