Boogshe
Biography
Boogshe is the stage name of Rachel Velberg, a Dutch-Australian artist born in Singleton, New South Wales, and based in The Hague, South Holland. She is also active under the aliases Lexi Jean and GLDY LX.
An MC, singer/songwriter, and studio artist, she began her MC career in 2006 by providing vocals on the club hit SLUT by Dennis Christopher & Tony Cha Cha. After that international success, she was approached by various DJs/producers and collaborated with acts such as Laidback Luke, Swanky Tunes, Felguk, Coone, Bassjackers, Deepack, Sub Zero Project, Endymion, Ralvero, and Showtek.
She also co-wrote the single How We Do by Hardwell & Showtek.
