The Viper
Biography
The Viper is the stage name of Dutch producer and DJ Melvin Pelupessy, active in the hardcore scene since the 1990s.
After his first releases on the Babyboom Records label, he founded his own label, Viper Beatz, in 2006. This project ended in April 2011, the year he joined the famous Neophyte Records label.
His discography includes notable hardcore tracks like Come As One, Bulletproof, and X-Terminate. He has also produced numerous remixes and collaborated with other major artists in the scene such as Neophyte, Evil Activities, Endymion, Nosferatu, and Korsakoff.
As a DJ, The Viper is known for his energetic sets and has performed at major events like Decibel, Thunderdome, Masters of Hardcore, and Defqon.1. His career has also taken him on international tours, performing in many countries with a passion for hardcore.
He is also known under the aliases Black Knight and Mike Heart.
