
Alexie Divello
Biography
Alexie Divello is the pseudonym of Swedish artist Sebastian Zelle, active as a DJ, producer, and songwriter. He started DJing at 15 and names David Guetta, Axwell, Calvin Harris, and Max Martin as key influences. Known in the Swedish club scene as a DJ, he has also built a profile as a remixer.
He has produced many remixes for artists such as John Lundvik, Oscar Zia, Mandinga, Sanna Nielsen, Medina, Alina Devecerski, David Lindgren, and Strobe!. Several of these remixes reached the top 10 of the Scandinavian Dance Chart. He was a finalist in the Café Opera Finest Clubs “DJ-Challenge” competition, toured with Ministry of Sound Dance Anthems, and has played warm-up sets for acts including Alesso, Will Sparks, and Qulinez.
As a writer, he has written songs for Asian artists such as Nissy and Crossgene, for pop groups like Nexx and I Moderni, and for Eurovision-related artists including Kati Wolf and Damir Kedzo. His single Children of the Sun, featuring Swedish/Italian singer Daniela Vecchia, hit No. 1 on the Swedish iTunes chart and reached the top 10 of the Scandinavian Dance Chart; it also received airplay on NRJ Club, Power Club, and Kiss FM UK.
He has collaborated with Swedish artist and producer Alfons and with Jimmy Burney, a two-time Grammy-nominated artist, producer, and songwriter. His latest single, Got This Feeling, is a collaboration with Swedish saxophone player Björn “Saxo Bear” Sjölin, co-written with Australian artist Tania Doko, formerly a member of the pop duo Bachelor Girl.
