Biography
Virginia, whose real name is Virginia Högl, is also known as Virginia Nascimento and Virginia Högl. She is a Berlin-based electronic music DJ, singer, songwriter, performer, and producer.
She began her career in the late 1990s in Munich as a singer and DJ. She quickly found her style and developed a strong passion for playing and singing live in front of an audience.
In 2008 she released her first electropop album, “Twisted Mind”. After moving to Berlin in 2012, she became a resident DJ at Panorama Bar. She put out her first solo tracks in 2014, and her second album, “Fierce For The Night”, followed in 2016.
In 2019 she released the LP “Work For a Change”, produced together with Steffi. Her background also includes a wide range of collaborations and projects, and she is associated with the Ostgut Ton roster.
