Biography
Stacccato, born Tobias Bosch, is a German DJ and music producer born on 16 May 1977 in Frankfurt am Main.
He began his DJ career in 1996 under the pseudonym Awaline. From 2001 he started producing his own tracks, collaborating with other producers such as Special D., Ollie Stan and Axel Coon.
His biggest commercial success came in 2004 when he reached the German charts with the hands-up track Can't You See (Get Up). Other hits include Always Hardcore (a cover of “Bodylotion”), Move Your Body and Changes.
Alongside his music career, he studied naval architecture, earning an engineering degree in maritime engineering in summer 2005 with a specialization in mega-yacht project management.
He ended his DJ career after a final night on 26 November 2010 at the Ta-Töff nightclub in Bevern, where he was a resident; his last performance as a resident there was on 26 September 2009.
