Sequential One
Biography
Sequential One is a music project launched in 1993 by German producer ATB, who found its name in the Sequential Pro One synthesizer. The following year, the group expanded with the addition of singer Morpha, producer Ulrich "Spacekid" Pöppelbaum, and Dutch producer Woody Van Eyden.
In 1998, Woody Van Eyden and Morpha left the project, leaving ATB and Ulrich Pöppelbaum alone. The last single under the name Sequential One was released in 1999. Since the label House Nation owned the rights to the name, the two producers continued their collaboration under the name Sq-1 for the label Kontor Records.
Other members who also participated include Sule Tuna and Wouter van Eijden. The collective explored various electronic music styles, including trance, techno, dance, and eurodance.
The project also used the aliases Love And Fate, Sq-1, and ATB, the latter being the well-known solo pseudonym of ATB. Among their works is the track Dreams (Video Mix), released in 1997.
