
Radu Sirbu
Biography
Radu Sîrbu, also known as Radu Sârbu, RadU, and Picasso, is a Moldovan singer and music producer born on December 14, 1978, in Peresecina, Moldova.
He was a member of the Moldovan pop trio O-Zone. After the group disbanded, Radu launched his solo project.
In 2005, he collaborated with DJ Mahay to release the track Dulce. Under his stage name RadU, he released his solo album *Alone* in July 2006.
In 2008, he worked on another project, Mr. & Ms., with his wife Ana Sîrbu, whose name was kept secret at the time; an album titled *Heartbeat* was released.
In March 2011, Radu Sîrbu founded his own label and publishing house, Rassada Music. He works there as a producer for artists signed to his label, such as Sianna (alias of Ana Sîrbu), DJ Layla, or Dee Dee, while also releasing his own singles.
He currently lives and works in Bucharest, Romania.
