Biography
Robbin Söderlund, born on April 30, 1987 in Borås, Sweden, began producing trance and dance music in August 2005 at the age of 18, gaining recognition under the pseudonym “Dj Raaban”.
His output spans a wide range of styles and purposes, from creating music for advertising campaigns for internationally known brands to contributing to the Swedish TV show Swedish Idol.
He has also produced for other artists, including singer Yuka Masaki, signed to Universal Music Japan, and the Swedish house duo Stockholm Syndrome.
In 2015, he formed the duo “Tungevaag & Raaban” with Norwegian artist Martin Tungevaag. Their track Samsara became a Scandinavian hit, reaching No. 1 on Spotify charts in Norway and Finland and earning quadruple platinum in Norway and double platinum in Sweden. The duo also released Vidorra, signed to Kontor Records.
