Mentol is a DJ and producer from the mountain city of Brasov in Transylvania, Romania.
His musical universe was shaped in childhood, nurtured by eclectic influences — blues, jazz, funk and rock — passed on by his father, a music enthusiast, and deeply shaping his artistic identity.
Active as a DJ on Dance FM Romania and an artist on the Sepaya Records label, Mentol focuses on reinterpreting modern and retro tracks: he reinvents pop and rock songs and covers by adding house accents to create energetic remixes with a positive, warm vibe.
