
Felix Jaehn
Biography
Felix Jaehn (full name Felix Kurt Jähn) is a German music producer and DJ, born in Hamburg on 28 August 1994.
He started taking violin lessons at the age of five before beginning a DJ career at sixteen. At seventeen, he lived in London for a year, where he attended a music school.
Back in Hamburg, he gained international recognition in 2015 thanks to his remix of the track Cheerleader by Jamaican artist Omi. The single became a global hit, reaching number one in many countries including Germany, Austria, France, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
That same year, in April 2015, he released a remix of the classic by Rufus and Chaka Khan, Ain't Nobody (Loves Me Better), featuring vocals by Jasmine Thompson. This remix was also a major success in Europe, notably topping the German singles chart.
Felix Jaehn specializes in the deep house genre.
