Fantasy Project

Biography

Fantasy Project is an Austrian dance project. Their music is defined by a contemporary style blending dance and house, designed to entertain club and radio audiences.

The project consists of singer and frontman Andreas Steinberger (also known as N.D.A.) and his friend and musical partner Hans Plöchl. Other members associated with the act include Roland Binder and Dominik Cydlik.

Their career features several singles. They first found local success in Austria with Crazy Baby and Dam Dadi Doo, the latter being enhanced in live performances by scratches from Dutch DJ Mixxx and the presence of two dancers. These performances were very well received, culminating in an open-air festival appearance in Vienna in 2003, where they shared the bill with Atomic Kitten.

In 2004, backed by positive international feedback, the group released Fantasy Project – The Album in Singapore. That same year, their new single Fall in Love was presented at the event “Rescue Me 2004.” Their output continued with the single Don't Know Why in 2005, followed by Like a Fool in 2006.

The project is supported by the label Paranoja Records, through which it explores the international market.
