Biography

Celvin Rotane, born Mike van der Viven, is a German techno and house producer active since 1986.

He is known for club anthems such as I Believe, Back Again and Bienvenue. He also records under the alias MVDV, collaborating in production with DJ Sebbo on the Planet Vision Records, PV-Records and Phono Elements labels of Pascal F.E.O.S; he has featured with DJ Dweed on Four:Twenty Records and released numerous remixes.

As a DJ he regularly performs in many countries, notably Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain, Russia, Croatia and the Canary Islands. As a producer his tracks have been widely played, licensed by international record companies and compiled by renowned DJs such as Carl Cox, Luke Slater and Pascal F.E.O.S.

His remixes include work for Darryl Pandy, Mark the 909 King, Speedy J., Bamby (Inga Humpe), DJ Nique, DJ Joeski, Joe Doz, Karl Frierson, Porn Kings, Culture Beat and Yonderboi.
