Biography

Carol Bailey, real name Carol J. Bailey, began her music career in the early 1990s in the Italian Garage style.

Her track Understand Me, released in 1992 on the DFC label in Italy, was a major success in European clubs, notably in France where it reached the top 30 of the club charts in early 1993.

In 1994, her music shifted towards Eurodance. With the help of Italian producers G. Trivellato, G. Sachetto and the emerging group Alex Party, her single Feel It became a European hit, released on prestigious labels such as Multiply in the UK and Scorpio Music in France.

In 1995, Alex Party produced Fever. Singles like I Can't Make You Love Me and Under My Skin followed and were licensed in several countries.

She also collaborated with the German project U96, performing Club Bizarre live and providing vocals for Movin', appearing in its music video.

Throughout the decade, she worked with producers like Giacomo Maiolini and was a notable figure in the house, dance, and eurodance genres with tracks like Feel It, Fever, Under My Skin, and I Can’t Make You Love Me.
