Anna Bergendahl
Biography
Anna Bergendahl, full name Anna Henrietta Bergendahl, is a Swedish singer and songwriter born on 11 December 1991 in Katrineholm.
She first gained public recognition by taking part in the TV show Idol 2008, where she reached the final and placed fifth. In 2009, she signed with the label Lionheart Records.
The year 2010 marked a turning point in her career: she won Melodifestivalen 2010, which gave her the opportunity to represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo with the song This Is My Life. The track reached number one on the Swedish singles chart and also charted in other European countries.
Her debut album, Yours Sincerely, was released on 14 April 2010 and entered at number one in Sweden.
