
Alessia Labate
Biography
Alessia Labate is a Milan-based singer-songwriter, vocal producer, and guitarist.
Born to a musician father and a dancer mother, she was discovered at age 12 on the Italian talent shows Io canto and Io canto 3, which led to working with top musicians and touring Italy. At 17, she participated in The Voice of Italy, and at 18, entered the prestigious songwriting school CET – Mogol.
As an independent artist, her debut single Black Soul (Spinnup, 2019) gained attention after she was selected as the first featured artist on the Spinnup website. Collaborations followed, including Top Of The World (feat. Alessia Labate) by Simon Says!, Summertime with Combogroove (remixed by Souvenyr for Nicky Romero’s Protocol Radio), and Kings & Queens with STEEL and Steve Kroeger (featured in 2 New Music Friday playlists).
She is also known under the alias Emma LX.
