3-O-Matic
Biography
3-O-Matic was a German dancefloor project active in the mid-1990s.
The group consisted of singers Nancy Rentzsch and Tanja Geuder, as well as rapper George R. Walden III (also known as N-Dee). The producers behind the project were George R. Walden III and Frank Lio, with the latter cited as part of the actual creative duo name, N-Dee & Frank Lio. Other members included Achim Kleist and Andy Lutschounig.
Before joining 3-O-Matic, Nancy Rentzsch and Tanja Geuder were backing vocalists for Haddaway and were part of DJ Bobo‘s touring crew.
The group recorded an album titled *Senerata* (meaning “Serenade”) in 1996, co-produced by Antonio De’luque, who also worked with A.A.A.. The album, which unfortunately was never commercially released, included eight tracks and featured eurodance singers such as M.J. Gibbs, MC Bla, and Serena.
The singles from this album were Success, All I Want Is You, and Hand In Hand.
After conflicts with their management, 3-O-Matic disbanded. Nancy Rentzsch and Tanja Geuder later formed the dancefloor project 2 For Good.
