Biography
Mufasa is a DJ and producer born in Ghana and the United States, based in the USA.
Together with Hypeman, he forms an unlikely duo that rose to global fame after releasing a viral adaptation of MK’s legendary remix of Nightcrawlers’ club classic “Push The Feeling On”. The line “It’s Friday then, it’s Saturday, Sunday, what!” opens their track Friday, made with Riton and Nightcrawlers.
During lockdown, the video brought joy to millions worldwide and became an instant TikTok hit, boosted by the likes of Katy Perry, Kanye West and Gordon Ramsay, helping spark a challenge joined by tens of thousands of people.
