Vini Vici
Biography
Vini Vici is a psychedelic trance duo from Israel, formed by Aviram Saharai and Matan Kadosh. Seen as one of the fastest-rising psytrance acts of their generation, they pushed the genre to the forefront of the electronic scene through high-energy performances and distinctive productions.
Their global breakthrough came with their signature track Great Spirit, which was the most played song at Tomorrowland 2017. Their success led to collaborations with major EDM figures such as Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Steve Aoki, and R3hab.
True pioneers, Vini Vici became the first psytrance group to play on the main stages of Tomorrowland and the ULTRA Music Festival, as well as at the Lollapalooza festival. They quickly became staples on the line-ups of leading international events, including Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) and A State of Trance.
Their recognition also showed in the rankings: they reached No. 34 in the DJ Mag Top 100 in 2018, winning the “Highest Climber” award, and were named Beatport’s best-selling psytrance artist for the fourth consecutive year. In 2020, they entered the Top 30, ranking at No. 24.
The duo also founded its own label, Alteza Records, which has released a series of quality records and enabled them to host their own stage at Tomorrowland in 2019 and 2020.
