Phelipe
Biography
Phelipe, whose real name is Aurel Filip, is a Romanian singer, songwriter and producer, born on February 14, 1985 in Hârşova, in Constanţa County (judeţ).
His first artistic activity dates back to 2001, when he formed a breakdance crew. About three years later, following a competition, the crew was integrated into a boys band called Be One. It was during this period that he recorded his first album, which came with a music video.
In the summer of 2005, he joined the studio of the producer Urban Records, where he met Connect-R. Nearly two years later, in late 2007 or early 2008, Phelipe and Connect-R founded their own production team, SOUL SYSTEM.
In late 2008, Phelipe shot his first music video for the song I Want to Be I. The video featured well-known artists and DJs such as DJ Andi, Cristi Stanciu, Connect-R, director Florin Botea and DJ Sava.
