Zoë
Biography
Zoë Straub is an Austrian singer, songwriter and actress, born on 1 December 1996 in Vienna, where she lives.
Her talent and love of music run in the family: she is the daughter of Christof Straub, founder of the group Papermoon. Active in music since 2013, her songs are the result of collaborations with her father.
In 2016 she took part in the Eurovision Song Contest final in Stockholm with the song Loin d'ici, finishing 8th in the public vote. This success was followed by the release of her first album “Debut”, which quickly attained gold status and enabled her to tour in Austria and across Europe.
Her single C'est la Vie was number one in Italy for several months and became a major radio hit in several European countries. After the singles “Tout Paris” and “Rêverie”, she revisited her Eurovision hit in 2022 with a new version titled Loin d'ici (far from here), released on 6 May 2022 featuring newcomer Leonardo Davi, who provides English verses.
