Ynnox

Ynnox, born Johnny Sommerer, is an Austrian artist whose electronic music is deeply rooted in a song-oriented approach. This direction took shape during his studies in guitar and jazz composition, where he also took singing lessons. Frequent exposure to EDM songwriting has given his work a distinctive electronic edge.

His career features notable collaborations. Under his alias Stelartronic, he worked with Parov Stelar on Into Sunshine (feat. Ynnox). He also delivered a remix for Klangkarussell titled Hey Maria – Ynnox Remix, as well as another for Austrian legend Falco: Der Kommissar (Ynnox Remix).

In 2019, A Place For Us (feat. Ynnox)—a collaboration with Italian producer duo Dualities—was released on the Swedish label Loudkult and has amassed more than eleven million streams. That same year, he contributed as a writer and singer on French artist Alex Fosse’s Close to Me, released via Sony sub-label TGR Music Group.

In 2022, he released Turn The Tide with Italian producer F3DE, a track that surpassed one million streams. In 2023, he put out the personal song Future Self, which he wrote, produced, and performed, on Soave records.

Other standout collaborations include Best To Let Go with Dutch songwriter and producer Solar State and Italian producer KAJ. The track All In then marked the return of his successful collaboration with Dualities.
