Biography
Verka Serduchka is the drag persona created and performed by the Ukrainian artist Andriy Mykhailovych Danylko, born on October 2, 1973, in Poltava. This character is central to his work as a comedian, actor, and singer.
He represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 under the name Verka with the song Dancing Lasha Tumbai, placing second in the competition. His career also includes film appearances, such as a cameo in the American comedy *Spy* (2015).
The project is known by several variations and aliases, including Serduchka, Vera Serduchka, Verka, Verka Serdyucka, or the Cyrillic forms Вєрка Сердючка, Сердючка, and Андрей Данилко.
