Biography
Ulrikke, born Ulrikke Brandstorp, is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, and musical theatre actress born on July 13, 1995, in Sarpsborg.
She gained recognition by participating in several televised singing competitions in Norway, including “Idol” in 2013, “The Voice” in 2015, “Stjernekamp” in 2018, and “Melodi Grand Prix” twice.
In 2020, she won the Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix final with the song Attention, which would have made her Norway’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam, before the event was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
That same year, in December, she was crowned the winner of “Maskorama”, the Norwegian version of The Masked Singer, where she performed disguised as “Trollet” (the Troll).
