Sophie Monk, whose real name is Sophie Charlene Akland Monk, is a singer, singer-songwriter, actress, and TV presenter. She was born on 14 December 1979 in London, England, before moving to Australia.
She rose to prominence as a member of the girl group Bardot, then pursued a solo career with the album Calendar Girl. She also appeared in the comedies Date Movie and Click.
Her musical universe is mainly Pop. Notably, her track One Breath Away (Trancelands Remix) was released in 2003.
