Biography
Rmn is the stage name of producer and disc jockey Rory Mhor Nicoll; he began recording in 1991.
In 2002 he collaborated with singer Sabrina on the single Take the Blame, written by Rory Mhor Nicoll and Johan Lund.
An album titled 999, prepared over three years and recorded in Minneapolis, was planned for release in December 2006. The record involved collaborations with musicians associated with Prince, such as Dr. Fink, Eric Leeds, Kip Blackshire, Kym Mazelle, Matt D and Chris Clay. Production was handled together with Jus Jex.
Remix work was also done for tracks by D’Ream (Make Love Cool Again), Brand New Heavies (Beautiful and The Funk is Back), Angie Brown, Why, The Pill, Sydney Youngblood and Mary Kiani, with releases planned for 2021.
