Mondotek
Biography
Mondotek is a DJ duo formed by Danny Daagard (DJ) and Steve Morane (DJ). The project is associated with the Alsatian label Hype Traxx, which also produces Jakarta and has successfully focused on popular dance projects.
In 2007, Mondotek rode the tecktonik wave with the single Alive!: it reached No. 2 in the charts on 29 December 2007, stayed charted for 36 weeks, and achieved a similar ranking in Wallonia.
In 2008, as tecktonik quickly declined, the follow-up single D-Generation only reached No. 36 in the charts.
