Biography

Michelle Weeks, full name Michelle Maria Weeks, is a vocalist, actress, and producer from Brooklyn, New York. She is also known under the alias Michelle Weeks Reynoso, related to her former marriage to Jose "Choco" Reynoso. Among her notable tracks is Give Me Love.

Her career began very early: she sang from 18 months old, joined the Institutional Children’s Choir at age four, and at 13, she portrayed the young Mahalia Jackson in a musical and won the Miss New York title in the Hal Jackson’s Talented Teens competition.

On stage, she has participated in productions such as “The Me Nobody Knows”, “Godspell”, and “The Tap Dance Kid”, the latter marking her Broadway debut. She also appeared in the film “Little Shop Of Horrors” in the role of Ronnette.

In electronic music, she is a recognized voice in house, deep house, and soulful house genres. She can be heard on tracks such as Glory to God from the album “Handel’s Messiah a Soulful Celebration”, The Moment of My Life, Don't Give Up, The Light, and Be Thankful. She also collaborated with DJ Disciple on Turn It Around.

She has worked with producers like Ron Carroll, 1200 Warriors, and Moca Productions.

Currently, she is preparing an EP and an album for release via her website and future distribution. She considers her music a ministry, aiming to heal and inspire listeners.
