Biography
MartinBepunkt, whose real name is Martin Bonitz, is a DJ and producer from Germany, from the Erzgebirge region.
His dream of an overnight breakthrough came true when his single Mein kleines Herz macht Bamm went viral on TikTok almost instantly. Exactly one year later, he followed up with Mein kleines Herz (Bam Bam), a remake of the TikTok hit combined with an iconic 2000s melody.
The track became a fixture on TikTok and Instagram, backed by millions of videos and a widely used hashtag. On Spotify, it reached the top 3 of Germany’s Viral Charts, went Gold in Austria, and surpassed 54 million streams.
MartinBepunkt has not remained a one-hit act: he has released many successful tracks, established himself in the scene, and totals more than 150 million streams on Spotify. He has also collaborated with artists such as Mia Julia and Julia Engelmann.
