Biography
Marcel de Van is a German composer, arranger, and producer from Görlitz. He has been producing electronic music for more than nineteen years, starting out by playing keyboards and drums for people around him before turning it into a professional pursuit.
His career took a decisive turn when clubs began taking an interest in his music, followed by interviews on radio, television, and in the press. His first track entered local charts, reaching second place in just four weeks.
He composes across a range of electronic styles, including dance, classic synthpop, spacepop, and “dreams style”. On streaming platforms, his music is also associated with genres such as italo disco, italo dance, hi-nrg, and eurodance.
